The $500 Client Bounty

Hey everyone, it's been a bit since I've written a post here on my blog. Today I'm announcing the official bounty hunt for a 2006 Roblox client. I hope that monetary motivation will get more people interested.

Before continuing, I should clarify that a "client" is the executable program file (e.g. "Roblox.exe").

This post is targeted towards people who may still have the old computers / hard drives in which they installed Roblox on. I have written a guide to finding the clients here.  If you did not play in 2006, but you do know someone who did play in 2006 please forward this post to them. If you don't know anyone who did play back then, the best thing you can do to help is to share this with as many people as possible.

The money will be rewarded to the original person who had the client. To receive the money the client needs to first be verified by our team. You need to send it to us first, we will not accept videos or screenshots as proof. You will also need a PayPal account I can send money to, or a bank account that I can wire money to.

This bounty will run indefinitely, and if you still have the computer you played Roblox in 2006 please contact us at the following email: [email protected].

UPDATE 6/9/22
Thanks to a generous donation from rome, the bounty has risen to $500! Learn more from this new post here.

I must give credit where credit is due, NT_x86 and KeyboardCombination helped a ton with organizing this whole thing, and it's been a wild ride trying to get this all done while also moving into a new house.
